Oldsmar Municipal Services Center - Oldsmar, Florida
The construction consists of an economical pre-manufactured metal building structure and associated standing seam metal roof system. The exterior walls are exposed, split-faced, concrete block with vertical metal panels above to the roof. The Administrative Office Building contains five private offices, reception area, break room with kitchen, office work room, handicap toilet facilities, shower room for employees and electrical and mechanical rooms.

Young Rainey Star Center - Largo, Florida
The STAR Center (formerly GE Aerospace, a nuclear devices facility, more recently Martin Marietta Specialty Components, Inc., currently owned by Pinellas County) has over 650,000 sq. ft. under one roof. Long & Associates has performed over 110 projects over the past 15 years, including renovations and additions. Long & Associates served under an open-end contract with the current client, to complete office renovations for a Fortune 500 company who became the major tenant in the facility. This work also included Construction Management services in excess of 3.5 million dollars.

West Pasco Judicial - New Port Richey, Florida
Creating a new government facility for West Pasco involved a new addition as well as complete renovations to 80,000 square feet of existing office space. Long & Associates provided all architectural, structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and asbestos abatement design services. A fire sprinkler system and emergency generator were added. A 6,400 square feet open courtyard was enclosed, creating a waiting lobby and snack bar. The building additions provide controlled security entrance lobbies and 5,500 square feet of additional office space.
